I certify that I have this day medically
examined Mr. F. Culliford and, having regard to his
previous tropical service, am of opinion that he is
in good bodily health but physically unfit for tie
reasons stated below of resuming the duties of a
Sergeant of Police in Hong Kong.
He need not be vaccinated prior to return
I have tested him for colour vision.
Has iritis and neuritis and advised to attend
a hospital for 0.P. treatment and should be reexamined
in 2 months from date.
